Boiled eggs
Eggs are healthy. One egg contains around 80 calories and 6-8 grams of protein. The best way to prepare eggs is to boil them.

- Into a pot, pour enough water to cover your eggs.
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Using a spoon, carefully place each egg into the pot.
- Start a timer:
- 6.5 minutes = soft-boiled
- 8 minutes = medium-boiled
- 10+ minutes = hard-boiled
- When timer ends, quickly place eggs in ice-cold water.
- Let eggs sit in cold water for at least 5 minutes. Dry them using a towel afterwards.
- Enjoy your eggs with a pinch of salt (remember to peel them first).
